Its amazing! I just can't believe it, but its real. Lagos is working. Made a complaint online, received a telephone call within 2 hours and the issue was resolved in less than a week without stepping out of my office, I mean, not visiting Alausa. Now I can say LAGOS IS WORKING.......... . Thanks.

I quite commend the pattern and approach the payment of LUC has taken. This is how things should be done in a civilized community. I just got the LUC notice today on my gate and observed an error in the indicated name. I had to log in immediately to lodge the complaint. My names are: Alade Ademola. Other details can be confirmed from Lagos state govt. land registration. Please, could we have such seamless interface with other documentation with Lagos State Govt? Because if you eliminate paper; you will eliminate a lot of corruption. Sorry for the digression. But I'm excited. Kindly correct the name so that i can make my payment immediately.Thanks.

We are always quick to criticize the government for its many shortcomings but today I was very impressed with the administration of the LASG Land Use Charge. I got my invoice for 2012 well before the first notice date of 20th Feb, it had taken cognizance of previous payments and gives me a good discount if I pay before the 21st of March 2012. It is easy to pay, takes away the pain of multiple invoices and the basis for the assessment is very transparent. Eko o ni baje!
