COMMENDATIONS ON LAND USE CHARGE ADMINISTRATION

Its amazing! I just can't believe it, but its real. Lagos is working. Made a complaint online, received a telephone call within 2 hours and the issue was resolved in less than a week without stepping out of my office, I mean, not visiting Alausa. Now I can say LAGOS IS WORKING.......... . Thanks.

2012 LAND USE CHARGE

TYPOGRAPHIC ERROR ON DEMAND NOTICE

Please be informed that some of our bills with date of first Notice of 30th January 2012 were incorrectly printed with a mille rate of 0.132% and categorizing such properties as being’ occupied by owner and 3rd party (ies)’.

This was due to a technical glitch in production. The applicable mille rate should be 0.394%, and categorized as ‘not occupied by the owner but by 3rd party (ies).

This may affect some Demand Notices issued for properties with Land Use Charge of over N100, 000.00 and above and some properties within the Ojo Alaba market.

If you are in receipt of such bills, please go ahead and make your payments as the amount payable and all other details are still correct. Thank you.
